ULIMITED FACIAL MEMBERSHIP POLICIES + FAQ's
Membership Payments:
- A signed membership agreement (we will send this manually to you) and a valid credit card on file is required to enroll in True Indigo's monthly memberships
- True Indigo bills Client’s credit card/debit card on or about the same day of every month, until further notice, the amount of the chosen membership set price.
- The membership agreement will auto-renew, on a credit/debit card on the day of the month the membership initially started every month of the amount listed above, for no less than 6 months.
- Memberships can be upgraded to a by adding upgrades. and add-ons that have exclusive member pricing.
- If you decide to upgrade your membership completely to a higher tier, you can, please note that we will still require the client to keep the new membership for at least a year.
- In the case that the card on file declines prior to the agreement expiration date, we will make 3 attempts to charge the card. If no charge is successful within 30 days and we are unable to make contact with the client, the card holder/client accepts full civil and criminal ramifications.
- Our Memberships are subject to 12 months, charging the card monthly and will auto-renew every month.
- Your membership dues do not include gratuities, unless specified by the client at time of service. Although gratuity is not required, it is a common practice in the spa industry. The standard gratuity ranges from 18 to 20 percent of the normal service price, and cash gratuity is greatly appreciated by the staff.
- Gifted memberships may be purchased at any time, ask for details!
- Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons or gift certificates.
- True Indigo reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services with a 30-day written notice.
- We Offer A 10% Percent Corporate discount for Businesses that purchase 10 or more employee memberships.
Booking Memberships
- Appointments at True Indigo are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly spa service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.
- Per our Cancellation policy, please provide 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation to avoid being charged a late- cancellation, no-show fee equal to 50% of total cost of your service and rollovers (if included in membership) forfeited.
- Membership services are redeemed upon scheduling and expire if not used before the end of the billing cycle.
- These services will be provided by True Indigo upon request. Client agrees to use reasonable judgment in determining their “Membership” service choice needs. Services are subject to safety limitations. Clients must agree that these services are subject to spa professional’s availability and technician preference may be affected by availability. There are no standing appointments available under this membership and the client can make no more than two appointments in advance. The Spa will make every attempt to accommodate each member but makes no guarantee due to technician availability.
- True Indigo may, from time to time, require a change of a Client’s “Membership” appointment and/or spa professional, (at The Spa’s discretion) to best fulfill its obligation to Client, and The Spa agrees to attempt to notify and accommodate Client in such re-scheduling to facilitate Client’s “Membership” needs.
Canceling + Freezing/Pausing Memberships
- To cancel your membership, please provide True Indigo a written notice 30-days before the next payment withdrawal via emailing us at contact@trueindigospa.com
- There will be a cancellation fee charged at the same price of your monthly membership at time of cancellation.
- If the cancellation is within the first 6 months of activation, you will be responsible for the balance of the membership and forfeit any “grandfathered” rates should you decide to sign up again in the future.
- If you choose to renew a cancelled membership, you will no longer be “grandfathered” at your past membership rate and will be charged the current membership rate at that time.
- True Indigo reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time, the client agrees to pay full price for all services received during the membership minus any membership fees paid.
- Client reserves the right to not renew their membership with 60 days written notice to the spa prior to the expiration of the contract. Membership will automatically renew for additional periods of 12 months if no written cancelation is received.
- True Indigo agrees to accommodate Client to the best of its ability in scheduling “Membership” appointments and services. In the event that a spa professional and/or time of client’s choosing are not available, Client will be offered an alternate spa professional to perform “Membership” services when Client’s standard technician is not available to perform such services for Client.
- “Membership” services are restricted to the specific membership they joined, and any additional services requested by Client and performed during Client’s service; including but not limited to lash lifting, etc., will be billed to client separately and paid at time of service.
- Members are required to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. There will be a 50% service fee charged to their account of original service price, should they not provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Client acknowledges and agrees that they will be charged an NSF fee of $34.00 for any EFT monthly payment declined and $40.00 for any charge reversed.
- If a Client prefers to freeze membership, there is a $50 freeze fee. The “freeze” time will be no more than 90 days, thereafter the membership will reactivate at the membership cost.
